Teens helping teens, concerned friends, or family members, we are here, by email or by phone. We come from all over the Portland-metropolitan area to take calls from all over Oregon. We want to help! Please pick up the phone. It is 100 % confidential. Do not hesitate. We do not judge. Our job is to listen and give you any referrals that might be useful to you.
